firstly, i have the right to say no to your commission for any reason, even if it technically fits within the things listed that i will draw. secondly, you should be at least 16 to commission from me in the first place, and you obviously need to be 18 in order to commission nsfw content from me. i have no way of confirming your age for sure but please just be proper and honest about it.
you're allowed to use my work for commercial purposes if you want, provided you pay a fee which would be 50% of the price of the comm itself. you can use it for personal use for free (like pfps, banners, in a video, etc) but i request you credit me properly as somnoware and link to this site or my tumblr. when i give you the finished artwork you'll get a watermarked version and a non watermarked version, with the watermarked version for posting on social media and the like, and the non watermarked version being for your personal use only please! it's not even about stealing my art or anything i just know that i would want to know who made the art i'm looking at!
another thing is refunds and stuff. if you cancel the commission during the sketch phase, then i'll give a full refund. a full refund will also be given if i for any reason feel like i just can't do the commission, at any point in the process. a refund will not be given if you ghost me, don't like the final product (this shouldnt happen, since i try to give updates at every stage to decide if you want changes), or cancel the commission after the sketch phase.

okay so you read all of that and looked at all of my work (you DID look at my portfolio right?) and you still want to give me money? alright then, well let's walk you through the process!
first, you'll message me somewhere (discord preferably) and tell me your commission idea, and we'll talk it out!
then, if your commission is accepted and what you're getting is fully decided, you'll pay upfront. i'll either send a paypal envoice, or cashapp also works, but i don't take gift cards, games, or in-game items as payment. send references if you have any! if you don't maintain communication then your commission will be cancelled, as mentioned previously
then i'll send you updates on the process and ask for feedback on sketches. you can't really ask for major changes to the piece after the sketch is done, so make sure you really like it! you can also request a refund at this point, but after the sketch you're unable to get a refund, but i guess you can still cancel the commission if you want.
after the sketch is done, then i'll move on to the rest of the process, which is usually lineart then colouring then shading/rendering if that's what you paid for. i'll keep sending progress updates throughout it all, so you can request changes and such if you want, just nothing major.
once the art is fully done and you like what you see, i'll send the final product to you in watermarked and unwatermarked varieties! i usually send them in png, but if you want a different format and don't know how to use a converter tool then i can do that too. if discord screws with the resolution or compression, let me know and we'll get that sorted out.
